Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale 2023
During the entirety of the sale, free standard shipping applies to all orders within Australia. There is a flat $20 charge for express shipping. For any international orders, general rules will apply and it will not be included in the Free Shipping Offer.
A $10 flat rate applies to all orders under $99 within Australia. Orders of $99 and more will be shipped for free within Australia. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $29.90 except for orders from New Zealand which implements a $14.90 flat rate. Emraldlabs.com reserves the right to change this at any time.

Pre Purchase

Pre purchase, or pre-order is when you can lock in and reserve your specific items for products that may not be available to dispatch immediately.

Pre purchase items include notes in the description advising on the estimated arrival times for the specific product in reference.

Pre purchase items that are bought in orders with more than 1 product may be split to reduce delays where possible.

Whilst we do our best to advise of the estimated dispatch date, please note that there are circumstances that can delay the dispatch timing of these. We will endeavor to communicate these to you, so your expectations are always aligned however please note that dates can be delayed at times.

Please note, if you decide to cancel your pre-order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, all pre-orders are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions and waive your right to a refund beyond the 24-hour window. After the 24 hours, if you do not wish to wait for your item to be dispatched, we can credit you by providing a gift voucher to your email address or dispatch another item or flavour of the same value.

Split Shipments 

Emrald Labs may split your order where we deem it necessary. In some cases, orders may be dispatched once the entire order can be fulfilled in full. 

RETURNS:
Emrald labs love to make sure you are completely satisfied with your products and experience.

If you change your mind or simply aren't happy for any reason, you can simply return your unopened product to our online warehouse within 30 days of shipment. Please contact our customer care team at info@emraldlabs.com for our returns process. Please note, due to change of mind you will be required to cover the cost of shipping.
