At Emrald Labs, we stand by the quality of our products. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with us.

When a Replacement or Store Credit May Apply

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact our customer care team at info@emraldlabs.com. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and evidence of the issue.

If the fault or damage is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will offer you one of the following, at no extra cost:

  • A replacement of the same product, or
  • A store credit for the value of your purchase (with an additional amount at our discretion).

Exclusions

We are unable to offer replacements or credits in cases such as (but not limited to):

  • The product has been opened, used, or consumed.
  • You do not like the flavour, taste, or texture.
  • You purchased the wrong flavour or product by mistake.
  • You purchased clearance, special, or sale items advertised as short-dated or of lower quality.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Replacements will only be issued for the specific product affected.
  • By opening or using a product, you acknowledge acceptance and waive eligibility for replacement or store credit (unless faulty).
