What is The Emrald Circle?
The Emrald Circle is our rewards program that lets you earn Emrald Points every time you shop, complete activities, or simply show up for yourself. The more you engage, the more perks you unlock — from exclusive discounts to free shipping, samples, and surprise gifts.
How do I join?
Easy! Just create an account here and you’re instantly a Circle Member. No fees, no catch — just feel-good rewards from the start.You also get a $5 voucher for joining the Circle. Once you sign up, find our rewards wallet at the bottom of your screen which will include all your loyalty related actions.
How do I earn Emrald Points?

How do I redeem my points?
Once you hit 50 Emrald Points, you can start redeeming! Just open your Emrald Wallet (bottom-left of the screen), click ‘Spend Emrald Points’ and generate a discount code to use at checkout.
💡 50 points= $5 off
💡 100 points = $10 off
💡 200 points = $20 off and so on...
How long does it take for my points to show in my wallet?
For purchase related earning, allow 3 days for your points to show up in your wallet. For all other activities, you will receive points immediately.
Do my points expire?
Your Emrald Points are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them. If you navigate to your profile icon in the wallet, you should be able to see when your points expire.
What are the different reward levels?
There are four tiers in The Emrald Circle, based on how much you spend in a 12-month period:
Each level unlocks bigger rewards — the higher your tier, the better the perks.
How do I move up a level?
Your level is based on your total spend over a rolling 12-month period. Once you reach the spend threshold for a higher tier, you’ll level up automatically and unlock new rewards.
Can I use Emrald Points with other discounts or promos?
In most cases, Emrald Points can’t be used during major sales or promos — but we’ll always let you know at the time. If point redemptions are excluded, it’ll be clearly communicated during the promo. Keep an eye out for special events where you can stack rewards.
Where can I see my points?
You’ll find your Emrald Points in your Emrald Wallet — just look for the little icon floating at the bottom-left of your screen. You can also check your account dashboard when logged in. Please note, it takes 3 days for the points to show up in your wallet for purchase related activities. For all other activities like leaving a review, following our socials, it awards the points immediately.
