Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Flat Rate: $12.90 for all orders under $130 (AUD).
Free Shipping: Orders of $130 and above (AUD) ship free.
All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.
International Shipping
New Zealand: Flat rate of $14.95 (AUD).
Rest of World: Flat rate of $29.95 (AUD).
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Emrald Labs reserves the right to update shipping rates, carriers, or service terms at any time.
Shipping Protection – Easy Protection
We take care to pack and dispatch orders securely, but transit issues can occasionally occur. For peace of mind, we offer Easy Protection at checkout:
What it covers: Loss or damage during transit.
How it works: If your order arrives damaged, or is confirmed lost by the courier, we will replace the affected items or issue store credit at our discretion.
Conditions:
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels).
Clear photos and order details must be provided.
Easy Protection does not cover theft after delivery is confirmed, or parcels left in a “safe place” by request.
Orders without Easy Protection are not eligible for Emrald Labs support on transit damage or loss. In such cases, customers must contact the courier directly to make a claim.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days.
During peak periods, promotional campaigns, or public holidays, dispatch times may be longer.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Emrald Labs is not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
