Just to clarify, our variety packs do include a note on both the product page and packaging that flavours may vary depending on availability. We understand this can be easy to miss, especially when you’re hoping for a specific flavour, and we’ll continue working on making this clearer.
Regarding your concern about quantity, the packs are sold as a set number of serves, and we’d be happy to double check this with you if something seemed off.
We always aim to be transparent and fair, and while we’re unable to offer refunds on opened products, we did try to provide an alternative solution through our retail partners.
