Ingredients

Caffeine (275mg per serve): roughly three strong espressos worth of caffeine in a single serve. This is the high end of the pre-workout range, designed for those who know what they want from their training and want their energy to match. Commonly used to help support alertness and energy going into a session.

Beta-alanine: an amino acid the body uses to produce carnosine, a compound stored in muscles that helps buffer the build-up of acidity during hard efforts. Commonly used to help support muscular endurance during high-intensity training. Worth knowing: it is also the ingredient behind the harmless tingling sensation that pre-workout users know well.

Creatine monohydrate: the most studied form of creatine in sports nutrition, commonly used as part of a resistance training routine to support training output.

L-arginine: an amino acid found naturally in red meat, poultry, fish and dairy that the body converts into nitric oxide.
