Well here it is. I purchased this product from a retailer of Emerald Labs. Upon opening, I was greeted by what is clearly moisture compromised powder. I have used creatine off/on again for 20+ years and have never seen it supplied in this condition. This is not ok
It is well known that when creatine comes in contact with moisture it turns into Creatinine. That's what has happened here.
I have asked for my money back and was refused by the retailer. I also posted a negative review on their site which they have censored and not posted. They have offered to replace the product but it will be from the same batch and I have confirmed now with at least two other people that their product has been compromised in the same way.
Interestingly enough, when I contact Emerald Labs customer service team, I got the same response as I did from the retailer - clearly they have had many complaints and have a standard response ready to go. You will not get your money back if you purchase this moisture compromised product!!

The last time I bought this it was more like a powder. This time it’s more crystallised. I find it changes the taste of my shake more than last time. It seems more bitter.
Doesnt leave me bloated like other brands - does have a bit of a bitter taste but not too terrible if mixed with other things!
