Directions for use

100% Whey Protein:  Take 1-2 scoops post training with 300ml of cold water. For enhanced recovery take an additional serve between meals.

 

Pre Load: Add 1 scoop to 200-300ml of water and consume 15 minutes before your workout.
 

Creatine: Daily use: Mix one scoop (5g) of creatine monohydrate with water, juice or your favourite post-workout shake.
Training days: Take one serve pre-training and one serve post-training, mixed with your favourite beverage of choice, to maximise muscle saturation and recovery. Optimally, use two serves daily for the best results.
Loading phase (optional): Some athletes prefer a five-day loading phase of four 5g serves per day to fully saturate muscles before switching to a 5g daily maintenance dose.
