WHAT IS BETA ALANINE & HOW DOES IT WORK?
Beta Alanine is an amino acid that works in conjunction with L-histidine to produce Carnosine. Carnosine is stored in the skeletal muscles and acts as a buffer between the lactic acid and the muscle which prevents fatigue and increases muscular endurance. This will allow you to get those few extra reps in the gym for optimal muscle growth.
To receive the full benefits of Beta Alanine, it is recommended to take this supplement 3 times a day. Once in the morning, once throughout the day and then again 30 mins before you train. Assuming you're taking one serving every day, 1 container of Beta Alanine will last you 166 days or around 5 and a half months.
