Benefits

160mg caffeine per bottle to help support alertness and energy going into training

Contains beta-alanine and citrulline, commonly used to support training performance

Includes creatine monohydrate, one of the most researched ingredients in sports nutrition

Ready-to-drink format, low in calories, no mixing or measuring required

Ingredients

Caffeine (160mg per bottle): a naturally occurring stimulant found in coffee and tea, commonly used to help support alertness and energy before training. At 160mg per bottle, this is roughly equivalent to one and a half strong espressos.

Beta-alanine (1670mg per bottle): an amino acid the body uses to produce carnosine, a compound stored in muscles and commonly associated with supporting endurance during high-intensity efforts. Beta-alanine is also responsible for the temporary tingling sensation that some people experience, which is a normal and harmless response.

Citrulline (1000mg per bottle): an amino acid found naturally in watermelon, citrulline is commonly included in pre-workout formulas for its role in supporting blood flow during training.

Creatine monohydrate: one of the most researched ingredients in sports nutrition, commonly used to support strength and training output as part of a regular resistance training routine.
