Emrald Labs Protein Créme is a slow-digesting, custard-style protein powder delivering 25g of protein per serve with glutamine, BCAAs, EAAs and MCTs, designed to be enjoyed as a high-protein treat any time of day or as part of an evening wind-down routine.

Benefits

25g of slow-digesting protein per serve, releasing amino acids gradually over time
A genuinely enjoyable way to hit your protein targets without feeling like you are taking a supplement
Works brilliantly before bed, as a between-meal snack or mixed into your baking recipes
Contains glutamine, BCAAs and EAAs to help support muscle recovery between sessions
MCTs included as a readily available energy source alongside the protein blend

Ingredients

Micellar Casein (slow-digesting protein): when it hits your stomach acid it forms a gel-like substance that breaks down gradually, releasing amino acids over time rather than all at once. This is what makes it a popular choice before bed or between meals when a sustained protein source is preferred
Glutamine: an amino acid naturally found in muscle tissue, commonly included in recovery formulas to help support muscle recovery and gut health between training sessions
BCAAs and EAAs: branched-chain and essential amino acids are the building blocks your muscles use for recovery after training. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are the key BCAAs included here
MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides): a form of fat derived from coconut or palm kernel oil that is digested more readily than long-chain fats, included as a practical energy source within the formula
Format: custard-style powder that mixes smoothly with water or milk, or can be used in baking. Available in 5 flavours including Choc Caramel, Honeycomb Popping Candy and Vanilla Fairy Bread
