Post Mass: Take 4 Scoops (1 Serve) daily. Take 2 post workout and two during the day. Can be mixed with water or liquid of your choice.
Creatine Monohydrate:
Daily use: Mix one scoop (5g) of creatine monohydrate with water, juice or your favourite post-workout shake.
Training days: Take one serve pre-training and one serve post-training, mixed with your favourite beverage of choice, to maximise muscle saturation and recovery. Optimally, use two serves daily for the best results.
Loading phase (optional): Some athletes prefer a five-day loading phase of four 5g serves per day to fully saturate muscles before switching to a 5g daily maintenance dose.
Test+ : Take 2 capsules, twice daily. These can be taken before workout or first thing in the morning.
