Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or Live Chat. You can also cancel your order yourself using the Order Editing link in your order confirmation email, provided this is done within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please note that all orders are sent to our warehouse for fulfilment as quickly as possible, so timing is important. Once an order has been processed by the warehouse, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

Ingredients

Beta-alanine: an amino acid the body uses to produce carnosine, a compound stored in skeletal muscle that helps buffer the build-up that comes with hard, sustained effort during high-intensity training. Commonly used to help support muscular endurance as part of a regular training routine. The tingling sensation it causes, known as paraesthesia, is harmless and is simply the amino acid doing its thing.

Carnosine (via beta-alanine): beta-alanine works by raising carnosine levels in the muscle rather than delivering carnosine directly, which is why supplementing with beta-alanine consistently over time is how most people get the most from it. The carnosine it produces is what helps the muscle hold up during the hardest parts of a session.
