Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or Live Chat. You can also cancel your order yourself using the Order Editing link in your order confirmation email, provided this is done within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please note that all orders are sent to our warehouse for fulfilment as quickly as possible, so timing is important. Once an order has been processed by the warehouse, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order reference number. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a further notification with your tracking information, linked to the same reference number.
