Some days the training is heavier than others, and your body knows it. Emrald Labs L-Glutamine is a pure, unflavoured powder you can throw into anything after a session, built around the amino acid your body relies on most when things get demanding.

Supports muscle recovery as part of a regular post-exercise routine
Helps support immune health, particularly during periods of physical stress
Supports gut health and healthy gastrointestinal function
Helps support energy levels during increased activity
May help support healthy acid and alkali balance in the body

Ingredients

L-Glutamine: glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and shows up naturally in everyday foods like meat, eggs, fish and dairy. It is classified as conditionally essential, meaning your body can usually make enough of it. Put it under consistent training stress and that changes. Supplementing with it is a practical way active people help keep their recovery and gut health routines on track.

Single-ingredient formula: nothing added, nothing hidden. Just L-Glutamine, free from corn and potato, and unflavoured enough to disappear into a shaker, a glass of water or whatever is already part of your post-workout stack.
