Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or Live Chat. You can also cancel your order yourself using the Order Editing link in your order confirmation email, provided this is done within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please note that all orders are sent to our warehouse for fulfilment as quickly as possible, so timing is important. Once an order has been processed by the warehouse, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

How much caffeine is in Pre Shred?

Pre Shred contains 240mg of caffeine per double serve. If you are new to pre-workouts or sensitive to caffeine, we recommend starting with a single serve to assess your tolerance before moving to a full double serve.

Can I take it every day?

Pre Shred can be taken daily, though we recommend reserving it for training days to get the most out of it. Taking it every day, including rest days, may reduce your sensitivity to caffeine over time. If you notice tolerance building, taking a break for a week or two can help reset your response.

Will it affect my sleep?

Pre Shred contains 240mg of caffeine per double serve, which can affect sleep if taken too close to bedtime. We recommend taking it at least 6 hours before you plan to sleep. If you train in the evening, consider starting with a single serve or speaking with your healthcare professional about whether it suits your routine.

Is Pre Shred suitable for beginners?
